Monday Pesto Pasta with Kielbasi, Peas and asparagus
Tuesday Lemon Tilapia, Wilted Spinach and Cous Cous
Wednesday Swedish Meatballs, mashed potatoes and Peas
Thursday Coconut Beef Stew
Friday Eat Out
