10 Minutes Parmesan Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium zucchini cut into noodles see this post for how I do that
  • Garlic Salt to taste I do a couple good shakes
  • Pepper to taste
  • Spray oil
  • 1 tsp butter optional
  • 2 tsp grated Parmesan

Instructions

  • In a nonstick skillet (nonstick is VERY important) over medium high heat spray with oil and saute the zucchini noodles until cooked through.
  • Top each serving with 1 tsp grated Parmesan. Feel free to eat as is or mix with pasta noodles for more traditional pallets.

Notes

I like mine softer but it’s totally a matter of preference.If it’s your first time making zoodles just taste it often to see when you like it. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to your plate.
