Garlic Salt to tasteI do a couple good shakes
Pepper to taste
Spray oil
1tspbutteroptional
2tspgrated Parmesan
Instructions
In a nonstick skillet (nonstick is VERY important) over medium high heat spray with oil and saute the zucchini noodles until cooked through.
Top each serving with 1 tsp grated Parmesan. Feel free to eat as is or mix with pasta noodles for more traditional pallets.
Notes
I like mine softer but it’s totally a matter of preference.If it’s your first time making zoodles just taste it often to see when you like it. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to your plate.
