You want equal amounts of butter and olive oil.
Melt the butter and oil and then add 1/2 a tsp of chopped garlic until it starts to be fragrant.
Then add lots of spinach.
It will cook down a ton and it’s an easy way to get a lot of veg into the meal.
Using tongs or something similar move around and flip the spinach.
Add salt and pepper to taste and a squeeze of fresh lemon. This step only takes a few minutes.
Serve it with your favorite protein and you’re good to go.
