Double Chocolate Cranberry Blondies

These Double Chocolate Cranberry Blondies are a perfect one pan dessert. And even better they are totally customizable to whatever you're craving.

Ingredients 

  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla or 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 C white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 C milk or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 C dried cranberries
  • 1/2 C nuts optional

Instructions

  • First melt the butter (I do it right there in the 8×8 dish and mix in the sugar and let cool for a couple minutes).
  • dump the rest in and mix together.
  • Bake at 350F for 25 to 35 minutes.
