Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat.

Add marshmallows.

Stir occasionally until completely melted.

Add food coloring until bright yellow in color.

Slowly stir in cereal until fully coated.

Remove from heat.

Take hand full of cereal mixture and form into corn shape.

Add corn holders to each end.
