Lemon Wilted Spinach

Course Side Dish


  • You want equal amounts of butter and olive oil.
  • Melt the butter and oil and then add 1/2 a tsp of chopped garlic until it starts to be fragrant.
  • Then add lots of spinach.
  • It will cook down a ton and it’s an easy way to get a lot of veg into the meal.
  • Using tongs or something similar move around and flip the spinach.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and a squeeze of fresh lemon. This step only takes a few minutes.
  • Serve it with your favorite protein and you’re good to go.
