Blueberry Cream Cheese Danishes

Quick delicious blueberry cream cheese danishes made with refrigerated crescent rolls.

Ingredients
2
packages refridgerated cresent roll dough
1 8
oz
package cream cheese
I used neufchatel to lighten it up
1/2
C
sugar
1/2
tsp
vanilla
1
tsp
lemon juice
1
TBS
greek yogurt
or sour cream
48-72
blue berries
I used frozen
Instructions
Open dough but leave rolled up. Cut each package of dough crosswise into 12 pieces.
Spread each circle slightly with your fingers and arrange on a cookie sheet.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix with an electric mixer until fully incorporated and smooth.
Top each with 2-3 blueberries.
Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden.
Notes
Makes 24 danishes.
