Blueberry Cream Cheese Danishes

Quick delicious blueberry cream cheese danishes made with refrigerated crescent rolls.

  • 2 packages refridgerated cresent roll dough
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese I used neufchatel to lighten it up
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 TBS greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 48-72 blue berries I used frozen


  • Open dough but leave rolled up. Cut each package of dough crosswise into 12 pieces.
  • Spread each circle slightly with your fingers and arrange on a cookie sheet.
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix with an electric mixer until fully incorporated and smooth.
  • Top each with 2-3 blueberries.
  • Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden.


Makes 24 danishes.
