2TBSCilantro - choppedabout 1 ice cube or 6 sprigs
1Avocado - 1 large or 2 small or medium
1/2tspSalt - I start with 1/2 tsp and then test. I usually end up with about 3/4 tsp salt
1/4tspGarlic Powder

Instructions
Prep the tomatillos. Peel off the husk. Rinse and quarter. Stick in the blender.
Chop onion. Or pull from the freezer like me and add it to the blender.
Seed and and remove stem of jalapeño. Add it to the blender You can use a spicier pepper if you want more kick. The jalapeño gives good flavor and depending on the type sometimes more heat than other times. I like to start with half a jalapeño and and more if I want more heat. Usually 1 full one is right for my tastes buds.
Add cilantro. Right into the blender.
Add avocado. Discard the seed and scoop the avocado out of the skin and add the flesh to the blender.
Add water, salt and garlic powder. And then blend it all up. Take a taste and see if you want more salt or pepper.
