(Kielbasa Hash )
We ate a version of hash every week in college because really I’m not sure if it gets any cheaper than potatoes (basically stir fried potato, onion and meat). I haven’t had it in ages so I was shocked at how both me and the musicmaker gobbled it up last week. I will definitely be a regular meal in our house especially since it can be changed up so easily. And the addition of a poached egg just made it for us. Yum yum.
