I took some time off from these weekly menus since I really didn’t make food in the last few weeks I was sewing 14+ hours a day. And yes it feels SO good to be done. Thank goodness for places like Cafe Rio and their fantastic salads. Seriously I think I could drink that creamy tomatillo dressing by the cupful. So so yummy!
