What’s for Dinner: Week 79

 For those of you are new  to my blog I write these weekly plans to help me spend less (I kinda of love grocery shopping, yea I know I’m weird), to save time and to try and help us eat in more often. Also I love knowing what other people eat so I thought it would be fun to share. For a while I’ll be adding my plans for what greens. I’ll be eating since one of my resolutions is to build a habit of introducing more green veggies into our diet. Maybe some day it’ll be so normal for us that I won’t have to mention them any more.
I’m kinda excited about my food plans for this week. These meals sounds really yummy to me right now. Let’s hope they sound as good when it’s time to whip them up. I haven’t tried a seafood mac and cheese but we had one on vacation and really liked it so I figured I’d give it a go.
Day Main Meal Goals (Veggies, Whole Grain, Fish)
Sunday Sausage Ricotta and Basil Pizza (switched with yesterday) Grains and nuts: Sandwich, granola bars, ww pasta
Veggies: salad
Fish: Shrimp and scallops
Monday Not sure yet
Tuesday Creamy Chicken Enchiladas
Wednesday Tomato Wine Basil Sausage Pasta
Thursday Balsamic Pot Roast and Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Friday Eat Out
Saturday Seafood Mac and Cheese

  2. Sarah all I do is throw a tsp-tbsp peanut butter and a couple shakes of curry powder in with the ramen, seasoning pack and whatever frozen veggies and meat I have on hand. So easy

  3. This looks amazing, I found your blog and am loving it! You have an adorable personality and amazing ideas! I can’t wait to try this recipe, I am the only one in my house that eats veggies, so using frozen veggies in a single serve dish of ramen (yum) is a great idea.
