I’m kinda cranky and not happy with this past week. I got weighed and pinched and I was pretty much the same as last time (maybe half a pound up) which was may be 6-8 weeks ago I think. I really need to get my cardio in and get better on my eating.
Of course I was hungry last night when we got to Pub Quiz (geeky pop quiz thing). The musicmaker and I usually split food but none of the appetizers sounded good and I was hungry so I decided to get my own portion of chicken strips and fries, huge mistake. It was way too much food and too much grease blah so I’m up today probably from that. Also I’ve been feeling kinda sick not totally sick just that feeling like you’re going to get sick so I’ve been drinking a lot of juice. Boo. But in general I’m just been feeling hungrier and unsatisfied this past week. Whine whine whine I know.
I did do better about getting cardio in this week so far except when I was too sick to swim. And I know I really have to get back to logging my food. I maintain fine so as long as I get my cardio in I should be able to shed some weight even with the crappy eating here and there.
I’m 5’5 but have a small frame
(I think I’m going for 135 and we’ll see from there)
I didn’t log every day, i really need to get better about this.
