Last week was my first week in ages without a plan and it was annoying I didn’t realize how dependent I’d become to planning out what I’d make. Not that I’m a stickler to the plan but knowing mostly what meals I needed to have stuff on hand for the week is nice. I’ve been out of fresh pasta for a few months so hopefully I’ll get around to it this week.
