I know this is super late but it’s mostly for me right :) I was sick for most of last week with a tummy thing so we pretty much ate nothing on my plan so a lot of it is a repeat. I’m feeling loads better. Something fun on the food front is that the lettuce I planted is growing amazingly well. It was so much fun to just go snip some to have with this homemade pizza that I found in the freezer.
