(stuffed zucchini flowers)
My sister works all week and then goes into baking and cooking frenzies all weekend. This week we benefited from her mania in the form of delicous chocolate zucchini muffins that were so sweet they tasted like cupcakes and stuffed zucchini flowers, which holy cow were delish. She used this recipe but added sausage to the filling.
In other news I’ve been craving buttermilk fried chicken. A friend made it a couple fourth of July’s ago and ever since we went to his annual party this year I’ve been wanting some. So I think i’m going to give it a go. Do any of you guys have tips? Or suggestions for sides?
