My favorite handmade gift is a coffee cup my daughter painted at a paint your own pottery place. I had taken her to one when she was 2 1/2, she painted a mug for me & I painted something for her. I loved that mug and was devastated when it fell of a counter and got chipped so last year she did another one for me for Christmas. I was surprised & very touched. I use it almost every morning for my coffee. What a wonderful way to start my day.
I love this!

My favorite handmade gift was actually created after getting a gift. My mom got us matching sewing machines a couple of years ago. Then, we spent the rest of Christmas day and the next few going through her fabric stash and making quilt blocks together. We had our sewing machines set up across from each other on the dining room table, and we were swapping fabric and showing off our finished blocks to each other. While the gift wasn’t homemade, we made things together with it.
What a fun gift! I love experience gifts and this is totally the best of both worlds
My favorite handmade gift was a crocheted blanket made for my son by my neighbor and friend.

I don’t think I have actually ever received anything handmade! I had to think about it. I have received baked goods, but no crafted / sewn goods. Maybe that will change this year! :-)
